Sanctions to be imposed for violation of quarantine and self-isolation rules
The Georgian Parliament today will register a draft-bill, which will imply imposition of sanctions against persons for violation of quarantine and self-isolation rules.
According to Mamuka Mdinadze, Leader of the Parliamentary Majority, the initiative will be submitted through a speedy manner in continuation of efforts to curb spread of the novel coronavirus in the country.
The sanctions will most likely envisage imposition of administrative imprisonment against violators.
