Legal Committee Chair: Collective UNM followed directives from its patrons
Archil Gorduladze, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs, said that the collective National Movement followed the directives from its patrons. Gorduladze noted that their current mission mirrors that of 2020 when they attempted to undermine the will of the Georgian people.
“In 2024, they tried to replicate the scenario associated with Charles Michel, but they failed. They find themselves in political ruin, speechless and unable to utilize parliamentary mechanisms, including tools for exercising control over the government,” Gorduladze stated.
The Georgian Parliament Speaker, Shalva Papuashvili, recently published a social media post summarizing the six months since the parliamentary elections held on October 26, 2024.
