Legal Affairs Committee Chair: Cold-minded decisions key when war around
“Georgia is left as an island of peace when war rages in the neighbourhood,” Archil Gorduladze, parliamentary Legal Affairs Committee Chair, told the GPB’s First Channel.
According to Gorduladze, amid military hostilities, decisions should be made cold-minded.
“How can an individual release lies, saying Georgia allegedly assists Iran in bypassing sanctions. War rages around the country, and making cold-minded decisions is essential. Georgia is left as an island of peace when war rages in the neighbourhood. One of Taiwan’s agents, an agent of influence and funded by Thailand, is taking steps to harm Georgia, and this is not surprising,” he said.
For the record, Tina Khidasheli, former defence minister, stated on TV Pirveli that “a so-called university, a school of terrorists,” is operating in Georgia, the rector of which was the individual declared the successor to Ali Khamenei, the late Cleric and former Supreme Leader of Iran.
Also, General-Major Vakhtang Kapanadze told PalitraNews TV: “I admit the possibility of Iran’s attack on Georgia. The U.S. Embassy in Georgia is the target.”
