The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, for the warm hospitality extended during his official visit to Georgia.
According to the Administration of the Government of Georgia, Aleksandar Vučić highlighted Georgia’s progress and invited the Georgian Head of Government to visit Belgrade.
“I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional and immensely warm hospitality that you and your team extended to me and my delegation during our official visit to Georgia. The warmth and brotherly ties between our two nations were profoundly felt at every stage of my visit.
The Republic of Serbia and Georgia are not merely two countries successfully developing bilateral relations. We are united by shared values and a similar history, intertwined over centuries and anchored in Orthodox Christianity, which has withstood the harshest trials of time.
I am deeply impressed by the rapid progress your country has achieved, as well as by the unwavering determination of its leaders and government to dedicate all efforts toward Georgia’s continued success and tangible results. At the same time, I am genuinely delighted by and proud of your achievements, as this is precisely what your country and its citizens deserve.
I am profoundly convinced that the most significant achievements of our cooperation are yet to come, benefiting both the business communities of our countries and our citizens, who share a remarkable goodwill and mutual friendship. This was particularly evident during the time you so generously devoted to my delegation and me.
Looking forward to hosting you in Belgrade this October as a most cherished guest and brother, I avail myself of this opportunity to wish you the very best and to reaffirm my heartfelt respect,” stated Aleksandar Vučić.
