Georgian and Azerbaijani Parliaments signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Monday.
According to the Parliament’s press office, the parties agreed to develop inter-parliamentary cooperation in the spirit of strategic partnership. They will also promote the establishment of regular contacts between commissions and committees and exchanges between delegations of members of parliament to study the parliamentary activities of the two countries and share experience.
The Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, and the Speaker of the Milli Majlis, Sahiba Gafarova signed the Memorandum.
