Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia Iuri Nozadze has tested positive for the novel COVID-19 on Mars 10.

Since Iuri Nozadze has tested positive for the virus, he has been self-isolating at home. He is undergoing medical treatment.

Georgia confirms eight more cases of the novel virus, bringing the total number of infected to 23.

According to stopcov.ge, 126 are quarantined, 46 are under observation.
