State Minister congratulates Azeri community on Novruz Bayramı

Georgian State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Tea Akhvlediani congratulated Muslim citizens of Georgia on the Novruz Bayramı holiday from Marneuli town of the Kvemo Kartli region.

The State Minister visited Marneuli #2 Public School where she attended a special activity organized on this occasion. The Georgian and Azerbaijani dances and songs were performed. Tea Akhvlediani wished success to teachers and pupils.

The State Minister accentuated cultural diversity importance in the country and active engagement of the youth in civic equality and integration processes.

Novruz Bayramı is a traditional holiday that celebrates the New Year and the coming of Spring.
