PM: Upcoming session of intergovernmental commission in Budapest to focus on political and economic cooperation
Georgia and Hungary enjoy particularly close cooperation, with Hungary being a strong supporter of Georgia—both in the development of our statehood and in advancing our European aspirations, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told Georgian journalists in Milan.
He noted that the upcoming session of the intergovernmental commission in Budapest will focus on both political and economic cooperation.
“Strengthening our relations is especially important. The commission session in Budapest will provide an opportunity to discuss key areas of bilateral cooperation, including political, economic, and other sectors. We will place particular emphasis on deepening ties going forward,” the Prime Minister said.
