“I would like to congratulate everyone on the restoration of the historic cableway, which will serve every Tbilisi resident and every citizen of our country,” stated Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia during his speech at the opening ceremony of the cableway connecting Rustaveli Avenue and Mtatsminda Park.
According to the Head of Government of Georgia, such projects help create more opportunities for the capital and contribute to its further development. He highlighted the excellent taste and high quality of the project execution and expressed his gratitude to Kakha Kaladze, Mayor of Tbilisi Irakli Kobakhidze also noted that the government’s support for the implementation of such projects will continue in the future.
“Projects like this are essential for the development of the city. We are proud of our wonderful capital and taking care of this city is the duty and responsibility of each of us. We will continue to act with this responsibility in the future,” the PM noted.
The cableway connecting Rustaveli Avenue to Mtatsminda Park has officially opened.
