“The launch of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort construction confirms that Georgia’s investment climate is stable, predictable and attractive for investors,” said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze during the ceremony of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort construction commencement.

According to the PM, Georgia is positioning itself on the international investment map as a transparent and secure economic centre.

“Tourism growth in our country is directly reflected in the real estate market development. Amid this, we see a completely new dynamic – the development process gradually comprises seaside regions, which is crucial for the country’s equal development.

Today, our coastline has become a space for new opportunities for projects that combine top-class hospitality, recreation, and investment value into a single concept. The scheduled project responds to this standard. Its value is USD 300 million and is being implemented several minutes from Batumi, integrating Kobuleti into the largest tourism ecosystem in the region.

It is welcome that recognised leaders of this sphere have united around this endeavour: Market leader Georgian company Archi, Georgian developer NEXT, and global giant Swiss brand Swissôtel. I am convinced that this project will be successfully implemented through this collaboration.

The large-scale international collaborations recently established by the project’s partner company, Archi, such as partnerships with The Trump Organization and the world leader in residential real estate, BI Group, are another clear signal of trust in our country. Georgia is positioning itself on the international investment map as a transparent and secure economic centre,” he said.
