New Hotel to be built in Borjomi

A new hotel will be built in Tsikhisjvari village of Borjomi Municipality within the framework of “50 Properties for Your Hotel” Project. The hotel will have 30 rooms.

The State Property National Agency of Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development sold 16 481 square meters of a land plot through an auction at 51 000 GEL. The project aims at the development of hotel infrastructure in the country.

The 26 objects have already been handed over to the private sector with a total value of 62 405 001 million GEL. The volume of investments for building of hotels exceeds 100 million GEL.
