New modern residential building under construction in Borjomi for 150 IDP families
A modern residential block is underway in Borjomi to house 150 internally displaced families, with a construction budget of GEL 15,374,192.
According to the Ministry of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Protection, the project also includes improvements to external infrastructure. Currently, eight of the ten floors have been completed, with work progressing steadily.
“Fully renovated apartments will be handed over to IDP families who have endured inadequate living conditions in Borjomi for years. To provide these families with decent housing, residential complexes are also being built in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, and Zugdidi,” the ministry stated.
