Mikheil Saakashvili: I know how to end criminal; Hope I will soon have opportunity to help Georgia

Former president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili says he knows “how to end the criminal network in the country.”

“I hope I will soon have the opportunity to help Georgia,” Saakashvili wrote on Facebook.

“In Batumi, right in front of the very house where Alisa [reffering to his daughter) was planning to stay for the holidays in just a few days, a man was shot dead the day before yesterday. I haven’t seen this kind of criminal situation since the early 1990s. The spread of criminality is inevitable, including contract killings and street lawlessness, when the country is ruled by a classic mafia, headed by its own Don Corleone, with Ivanishvili at the helm, who settles his business disputes through imprisonments followed by prison vendettas.

Taking into account my positive and negative experiences, I can help Georgia. I know how to end the criminal in the country, and I hope I will soon have the opportunity to help Georgia,” Saakashvili said.
