Mikheil Saakashvili: Alliance rally deserves support of both party-affiliated and non-partisan citizens

The protest rally announced by the Alliance for tomorrow deserves the support of both party-affiliated and non-partisan citizens, the former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili wrote on social media.

Saakashvili said the demonstration deserves broad public support regardless of political differences.

“If we oppose what we see as the humiliation and destruction of Georgia, then we must stand together, regardless of whether we agree with this or that politician,” he wrote.

Saakashvili also emphasized the importance of maintaining continuity in protest activity rather than limiting demonstrations to one-time actions.

“The main thing is that everything should continue and not be limited to one-time actions,” he stated, adding that he intends to continue expressing his views publicly.
