According to the National Environmental Agency, air temperatures in Georgia may reach up to 41 degrees Celsius.

“From July 27 to 31, temperatures in the lowland and mountainous regions of Western Georgia, and from July 29 to 31 in the plains and mountainous areas of Eastern Georgia, are expected to rise to 38–41 degrees.

The anticipated heat increases the risk of heat stress and forest fires, with the danger level rated as moderate,” the agency stated.
