GD's Makhashvili: Opposition has time to resume parliamentary activities

Levan Makhashvili, a member of Georgian Dream, has advised the opposition to return to a constructive and civil environment, stating that they still have time to resume parliamentary activities.

In an interview with GPB First Channel, Makhashvili reflected on the chaotic process that has been unfolding in the country.

“We have been observing this chaotic situation for several weeks now. We urge the opposition to systematically return to a constructive and civil environment, as this should be their primary objective,” he emphasized.

Noting that the parliament has not yet decided on the termination of the opposition’s mandates, Makhashvili emphasized that there is still time for them to return to parliamentary work.

“The parliament has not yet finalized its decision on terminating their mandates, so they still have an opportunity to resume their parliamentary duties,” he stated.
