“The situation in the opposition is a tradicomedy,” said Levan Makhashvili, Chairman of the parliamentary European Integration Committee.

According to Makhashvili, opposition political forces pursue the interests of foreign countries.

“The situation is comic since we see their futile, endless, and boring conflicts. This gives nothing to politics or the state. At the same time, this is a tragic event since the country has the opposition acting against the state, which, instead of caring about the country and society, is engaged in egoistic internal conflicts. We have often said what the future of such parties is, since they only pursue the interests of foreign countries,” he said.
