Bonuses to be suspended for leadership of Prosecutor's Office until the end of reorganization

The reorganization was announced in the Chief Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia. The Chief Prosecutor’s Office has released the regarding information.

By the decision of the Chief Prosecutor Shalva Tadumadze, the amendments will firstly refer to the structural units of the Chief Prosecutor’s Office, where civil servants are employed, as well as the certification of the prosecutors working in the system of leader position and a multi-component assessment system will be carried out.

“In the first phase, the reorganization will concern: all district prosecutors and their deputies, district prosecutors and their deputies, prosecutors of the Autonomous Republic and their deputies, as well as the heads and deputies of structural units of the Chief Prosecutor’s Office.

By the decision of Shalva Tadumadze, the reorganization process will be led by a specially created group that will provide certification, multicomponent evaluation and organization of the interview with the Chief Prosecutor.

Until the end of the reorganization, supplements and bonuses will be suspended for persons working for the leader positions of the Prosecutor’s Office.

The current reorganization in the main prosecutor’s office serves to establish a new structure and create effective governance.
