CEC completes interviews with candidates for temporary membership in district election commissions
Interviews with candidates for temporary membership in district election commissions for the October 4, 2025 elections have concluded at the Central Election Commission.
The election administration offered candidates live broadcasting of the interviews. Out of 254 candidates, 119 agreed to do so.
CEC announced the competition for vacant temporary member positions in all 73 district election commissions on August 5. Each district had three vacant positions. Of the 254 candidates, 183 have experience working as district election commission members in the last three general elections as well as the 2022 and 2023 interim/extraordinary elections, while 27 candidates have experience as precinct election commission members. 178 candidates have participated in various educational projects organized by the election administration.
CEC will select temporary members at tomorrow’s session. The information about the selected individuals will be posted on CEC’s website.
