Residential building collapses in central Batumi

Rescuers saved a toddler from a car entrapped by ruins of a five-storey residential building that collapsed less than an hour ago in central Batumi, Adjara.
GPB reports from the scene that the health state of a toddler is satisfactory and not life-threatening. Rescuers are searching for other people trapped under the ruins.
The Emergency Situations Management Service and First Medical Aid crews mobilized on the spot.
