The Parliament of Georgia has introduced new norms in the Criminal Code of Georgia and in the Administrative Offenses Code of Georgia today.
Mamuka Mdinaradze has explained why it became necessary to add new articles to the law.
“It was not clear what responsibilities consider the Criminal Code of Georgia after the imposition of an administrative fine. There is a specific regulation provided by the President’s decree, but this act, as a crime, was first introduced in the Criminal Code,” Mamuka Mdinaradze stressed.
