Prime Minister officially introduces new head of State Security Service
Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze formally introduced Geka Geladze, the new head of the State Security Service of Georgia (SSSG), to the agency’s staff. Irakli Kobakhidze emphasised the importance of strengthening the organisation and highlighted Geladze’s successful tenure at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Special focus was placed on the ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking.
Mamuka Mdinaradze, appointed as State Minister for Coordination of Law Enforcement Agencies and Vice Prime Minister, expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister and extended his best wishes for the new head of the agency.
