President congratulates children on International Children's Day

“I congratulate all children on International Children’s Day. The new generation is the future of our country, which is precisely why creating a peaceful, safe and joyful environment for them is our foremost obligation,” writes Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili on social media.

“We must spare no effort in strengthening Georgian families, because it is through Georgian traditions and values that they must raise Georgia’s future generations, who will proudly carry on the country’s unique heritage and give substance to the idea of a united Georgia.

It is our duty to create an environment for our children where they can realise their potential, achieve their goals and fulfil their dreams,” writes Kavelashvili.
