“Dear police officers, congratulations on Police Day. I would like to extend my special gratitude to each of you — the people who, through your daily and tireless work, faithfully serve Georgia, its statehood, the rule of law, and the security of every citizen,” the Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili congratulated law enforcement officers on Police Day during a ceremonial event dedicated to the occasion.

Addressing police personnel, the president expressed gratitude for their service to the country, its statehood, the rule of law, and public safety.

The president emphasized that the police uniform symbolizes dignity, courage, and unconditional devotion to the homeland, and reaffirmed his respect and support for police officers.

“Being a police officer requires exceptional resilience, integrity, and dedication. It is your professionalism and commitment to duty that guarantee our society a sense of security, peace, and stability,” he stated.

Kavelashvili also thanked officers for setting an example through high professional standards and civic responsibility, noting that their service contributes significantly to public confidence and social stability.
