Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, attended the Easter Liturgy held at the Holy Trinity Cathedral.
The solemn service was led by the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, alongside the Patriarchal Locum Tenens, Metropolitan Shio of Senaki and Chkhorotsku, as well as other hierarchs and clergy.
Prior to the service, parishioners gathered at the cathedral listened to the Patriarch’s Easter Epistle.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, the Chairman of Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, and other representatives from the executive and legislative branches.
