Out of three new COVID-19 cases, one revealed in Batumi

Out of the three new COVID-19 cases reported in Georgia, one was revealed in Batumi. The case is imported and the patient is a truck driver, as Adjara Health Ministry informs.

The patient is a Georgian citizen, who arrived from Turkey. He is transferred to Batumi Republican Hospital where 17 infected persons are undergoing medical treatment.

Georgia reported 3 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) bringing the total number of infected persons to 1171, according to National Center for Diseases Control.

Seven more patients recovered from the novel virus in the latest 24 hours, increasing the total number of recovered patients to 947.
