Occupied Abkhazia says Ukrainian UAVs entered regional airspace

Authorities in Russian-occupied Abkhazia have confirmed that Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) entered the region’s airspace.

According to media outlets controlled by the occupation regime, de facto leader Badra Gunba held a meeting with members of the so-called government, instructing officials to strengthen coordination with Russia’s border service and the 7th military base to prevent similar incidents in the future.

The meeting also focused on enhancing the protection of critical infrastructure in occupied Abkhazia through closer cooperation with Russian representatives.
