National Archives unveils photo collection of historical monuments

More than 150 photographs of Georgian historical monuments from the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries, preserved in the National Archives of Georgia, are now available online.

According to the National Archives, these images of churches, monasteries, fortresses, cities, and other historical structures serve as valuable visual resources for studying Georgia’s heritage.

“This project aids in documenting and archiving Georgian cultural heritage,” the National Archives emphasized.
