Georgian FM hopes Georgia's efforts to be appreciated

Georgia reaffirmed its effective engagement in strengthening global security by partaking in the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, said Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili.

Georgian FM met some European counterparts as part of the forum. After submitting the completed EU Accession Questionnaire, the discussion focused on Georgia’s integration into Europe. “Our partners underscored the tangible results of Georgia on its EU integration path. They have positive expectations. We hope partners will appreciate Georgia’s efforts in terms of reforms,” Darchiashvili said.

On May 10-12, the Georgian Foreign Minister took part in the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS. Minister attended the forum at the invitation of the US Secretary of State.
