Migration Department deports 97 foreign citizens in March

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that 97 foreign citizens were expelled from Georgia last month in coordination with the Migration Department and other ministry units.

According to the agency, some individuals left voluntarily, while others were forcibly removed following actions by the Migration Department. The expelled individuals were also banned from re-entering the country in accordance with the law.

The deported citizens were from India, Belarus, China, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Bangladesh, the United States, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Cameroon, Jordan, and Kyrgyzstan.
