Justice Minister: UAE visit yields strategic digital transformation deals for Georgia

Minister of Justice Paata Salia spoke about the activities planned for the Georgian delegation’s visit to the United Arab Emirates.

According to Minister Salia, the delegation is participating in the Sustainable Development Summit, alongside a series of meetings and the signing of two strategically important memorandums to support Georgia’s digital transformation.

“Today, a memorandum of understanding will be signed with PRYPCO TECHNOLOGIES, a subsidiary of one of the UAE’s largest construction companies, specializing in real estate digitization and tokenization. This step will help attract foreign investment to Georgia, open the Georgian real estate market, and implement blockchain-based technology to ensure greater transparency and reliability in transactions,” Minister Salia said.

He also spoke about the memorandum with the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technologies, to be signed by Georgia’s Ministers of Justice and Economy. “This memorandum focuses on introducing digital technologies in public administration and implementing innovative projects, such as smart cities,” he added.

The Minister noted that additional meetings with major UAE industrial companies are planned to discuss prospects for future cooperation.
