Georgian Minister of Justice Paata Salia met with the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs  Saeed Al Hajeri, to discuss prospects for strengthening cooperation between Georgia and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Salia presented ongoing reforms in Georgia, highlighting an innovative “smart contract” system that enables citizens to carry out real estate transactions remotely using secure digital signatures, integrated mortgage services, payment processing, and electronic title registration. Plans were also outlined to expand the platform to include services such as remote business registration.

The sides also reviewed previous cooperation, including a memorandum signed with PRYPCO Technologies, which focuses on implementing advanced technologies in the real estate sector, including tokenization—converting physical assets into digital units.
