Georgian FM highlights high-level assessment of recent bilateral relations during meeting with UAE president

“The meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates addressed the relationship between our nations, the dynamics of our economic development, and the political dialogue,” stated Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, as reported by the press service of the Government Administration. The statement was made regarding the meeting between Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and the President of the United Arab Emirates.

According to the Minister, the recent progress in relations between Georgia and the UAE was recognised at the highest level.

“We discussed future cooperation, ongoing regional developments, and global processes. Partners must exchange views on current regional matters. We also emphasised the significance of a peace policy, particularly in our region, the development of the Middle Corridor, its potential, and Georgia’s role in enhancing connectivity, all of which are vital in fostering stronger relations between our countries,” Botchorishvili explained.
