The Minister of Justice, Paata Salia, addressed the reforms undertaken in Georgia to enhance public services during his speech at the World Government Summit in Dubai.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Salia emphasised that every reform is founded on the principle that no one should be left behind in accessing public services. All initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Justice are designed to be accessible throughout Georgia.

“During the ongoing World Government Summit in Dubai, we had the opportunity to highlight Georgia’s strategic significance and the role our country plays in fostering regional and global economic relations. In my speech, I also focused heavily on the development of citizen-centred public services. I discussed the digital governance strategy and the vital institutional reforms currently underway in Georgia.

The WGS is a crucial international platform that brings together government representatives from around the world, providing an ideal setting to address shared challenges and forge new partnerships. It’s an excellent opportunity to explore areas of mutual interest for both bilateral and multilateral cooperation. I have also extended invitations to representatives of various governments to the UN Public Governance Forum, which will be held in Tbilisi this May,” Salia stated.
