Justice Minister attends UN CEPA session in New York

Minister of Justice Paata Salia, accompanied by a delegation, is participating in the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA) session in New York.

Bilateral meetings with the UN Deputy Secretary-General and other senior officials are scheduled during the visit.

“Within the framework of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration, we will have the opportunity to address the Committee members, UN representatives, and discuss the reforms implemented in Georgia’s public administration sector, including efforts in enhancing public service delivery, the utilisation and development of digital technologies, and fostering innovation.

Additionally, during the visit, we will hold bilateral meetings with the UN Deputy Secretary-General and other high-ranking officials. Most importantly, we will discuss the upcoming forum to be held from June 23 to 25, 2026, in Tbilisi. Hosting the UN Public Services Forum in Georgia is a clear recognition of the reforms we have undertaken, which are centred on citizens and ensuring accessible, high-quality services,” said Paata Salia.
