Due to judicial reforms, Poland is considering leaving the EU

The government of Poland`s latest plans to overhaul the judicial system flared up discussions in the country.

The head of Poland’s Supreme Court said it could lead to Poland leaving the EU.

Judges claim the proposals threaten the primacy of EU law and could be an attempt to gag the judiciary.

Politicians will start discussing the proposals on Thursday.
