“The President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, will attend an official dinner and reception tomorrow in New York at the invitation of Donald Trump. This week is extremely important, filled with high-level meetings and panel discussions,” said Tamar Taliashvili, Georgia’s Ambassador to the United States, commenting on the president’s visit.

According to the ambassador, Kavelashvili’s visit is marked by a series of high-level meetings, panel discussions, and speeches.

“This visit is very important, as it is loaded with high-level meetings, discussions, and public addresses. In a few days, the President of Georgia will take the podium and address the international community. Tomorrow, at Donald Trump’s invitation, he will attend an official dinner and reception hosted by him. Overall, this week is extremely important, with peace, international order, and stability as the central themes,” Taliashvili said.

President Kavelashvili departed for the United States on September 21. As part of his visit, he will deliver a speech at the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
