Rehabilitation of road leading to Davit Gareji launched

Rehabilitation of the 13.3-kilometer-long road leading to Davit Gareji, a rock-hewn Georgian Orthodox monastery complex located in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia, has been launched from the territory of Udabno village, Roads Department informs.

The cost of to-be-carried out works is 6 079 673 GEL. The Roads Department says that rehabilitation works are important for locals, believers and tourists.
