John Bolton to visit Georgia tomorrow

John Bolton, US National Security Advisor and Assistant to President Trump for National Security Affairs (NSA) will visit Georgia tomorrow, – Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze stated at the Press Briefing held prior to the Government Meeting today.

According to the Head of the Government, John Bolton is a loyal friend of Georgia and has a clear vision on how to further deepen the strategic relations between the two countries.

“I met Mr. Bolton in September in D.C. and had a substantial discussion on the prospects of greater intensification of bilateral relations and on challenges faced by the region”, – stated the Prime Minister of Georgia.

Head of Government of Georgia believes that upcoming visit of the US official to Georgia will make the joint action plan more specific and oriented at specific outcomes and output. “USA-Georgia relations are all time high and moreover – have never been so all-inclusive” – he added.

US National Security Advisor is expected to arrive in Georgia tomorrow.
