Shooting at White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner attended by Donald Trump

A shooting occurred during a White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner at a Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., attended by U.S. President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump, according to Reuters.

According to media reports, the event was also attended by the U.S. Vice President and the Secretary of Defense.

Following the shooting, members of the U.S. Cabinet were evacuated. No injuries were reported, and the suspect has been detained.
