UK’s Minister for European Neighborhood visits Georgia
Wendy Morton, UK Minister for European Neighbourhood and the Americas at the Foreign, Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO), visited Georgia on Monday.
Wendy Morton will meet with Georgian top officials.
“Wonderful to make my first visit to Tbilisi today, and see the vibrant UK – Georgia partnership in action. Our countries are close allies and I’m delighted that our relationship is going from strength to strength,” MP Morton tweeted.

British Minister has already met with the Chairman of the Georgian Parliament Archil Talakvadze. The parties “agreed that a strong Parliament is the cornerstone of a thriving democracy.”
