Gov't declares May 7, 8, and 10 as public holidays

According to the resolution of the Government of Georgia, May 7, 8 and 10, 2024, were declared public holidays.

The document states that the administrative body has the authority to determine which services and employees are excluded from the decree’s holidays.

According to the information of the government administration, the resolution does not apply to the financial obligations to be fulfilled before the persons under the supervision of the National Bank of Georgia, as well as to the activities related to state procurements and the activities of the State Procurement Disputes Review Board.

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, has already signed the decision.
