MP Talakvadze: 2024 elections to be held fully proportionally with no deviations

Archil Talakvadze, the ruling party Georgian Dream member, confirmed that the 2024 elections will be held under a fully proportional system as outlined in the legislation, with no deviations or alterations.

GD MP emphasized that the ruling party wants the public to be informed about the election process.

Talakvadze addressed opposition comments, highlighting the importance of distributing party leaders throughout Georgia during the campaign. He noted that this approach, discussed and planned by all serious political parties, has been officially documented by the Georgian Dream to provide clarity to citizens.

The member of the parliament urged opposition representatives to refrain from unfounded criticism, emphasizing the need for all parties to plan their campaigns effectively.
