New building and vehicles handed over to Zugdidi Emergency Medical Services

New administrative building and European standard vehicles handed over to Zugdidi Emergency Medical Services.  From today, Zugdidi emergency staff will continue to work in a new work environment with an updated vehicle fleet. The Ministry of Health of Georgia releases this information.

According to the Ministry, the Center is designed with the specifics of the emergency medical services.

As for the renewed fleet, the Zugdidi Emergency Service received a total of five new, fully equipped vehicles. Four are ambulances and one is a reanimobile.

According to the Ministry, 25 new administrative buildings of the Center for Coordination of Emergency Situations and Emergency Assistance have already been opened in the regions and another 28 centers are currently under construction. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure together with local self-government bodies.
