NATO allies boost support for Ukraine

NATO allies have been boosting their support for our partner Ukraine, NATO has said.

In an official Facebook post, NATO said “allies have sent or are approving military aid such as guns, ammo, and missiles, including air defense and anti-tank equipment. Italy is preparing financial support and Spain humanitarian aid. Turkey is deepening defense ties with our Ukrainian partners.”

It pledged NATO has been providing support for many years to enable Ukrainians to defend themselves. “We will continue to do so and call on others to do the same.”
