MEP Ľuboš Blaha: Family is comprised of a father, mother, and children, So I'm crossing my fingers for Georgia
“We don’t want to have 67 different genders. For them, a family is comprised of a father, mother, and children,” European Parliamentarian Ľuboš Blaha said during an ongoing debate on Georgia in the European Parliament.
As he noted, Georgia has adopted a law against extremist ideology.
“There is outrage, outrage about EU involvement in Georgian sovereignty. This is an attempt to dictate to Georgia. Georgia has adopted a law, which rejects extreme ideology. We, in Slovakia, are a traditional society like Georgia. We don’t want to have 67 different genders. For them, a family is comprised of a father, mother, and children. So I’m crossing my fingers for them. If we look at America and the U.S. Neoliberal foundations, they are providing and making large amounts of money available to try to topple governments that they don’t like. But if something were to be done by Russia, you would cry out against it. This is all preposterous. You hate Georgia because this country wants to have pragmatic relations with Russia, it wants dialogue, it wants peace. And we want that too. We want that in Slovakia, that’s why Prime Minister Fico was almost killed by an extremist. Long live freedom!” Ľuboš Blaha declared.
