Minister of Internal Affairs Geka Geladze, accompanied by First Deputy Roni Meskhi, convened a working meeting with the senior officials of the Tbilisi Police Department.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), during the meeting, the Minister received comprehensive briefings from police representatives regarding efforts to combat crime and the implementation of preventive police measures.

Geka Geladze highlighted the successful police actions undertaken by Tbilisi Police Department officers in tackling various criminal cases. In particular, he praised recent efforts by law enforcement to identify and apprehend individuals involved in property crimes and those associated with radical fascist groups. The Minister expressed his gratitude to the officers of the Tbilisi Police Department for their dedication to maintaining law and order in the capital, the Ministry stated.
