According to preliminary estimates by the National Statistics Service (GeoStat), Georgia’s real GDP grew by 6.3 percent in June 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year. The average growth rate for the first six months of 2025 was 8.3 percent.
The National Statistics Office reported that significant contributions to growth in June came from the information and communication sector, manufacturing, financial and insurance activities, transport and storage, as well as trade.
Meanwhile, a decline was observed in the construction and energy sectors.
