Effective today, family doctors of insurance companies will be involved in COVID-19 management
Effective today, family doctors of insurance companies will be involved in the management of Coronavirus, announced the Georgian Minister of Health, Ekaterine Tikaradze at a briefing after the meeting of the Interagency Coordination Council on COVID-19.
“Our citizens pay quite a high price for their health insurance. Therefore, all insurers and all family doctors who are involved in this program have this obligation,” said Tikaradze.
Georgia has reported 1 872 new coronavirus cases, 14 deaths and 603 recoveries today.
