Deputy Prime Minister of occupied Crimea Vitaliy Nahlupin has been arrested in Moscow. Sergey Aksenov, Head of the annexed peninsula said that investigative activities were ongoing against various high-ranking officials and state structures.

A source in the leadership of Crimea linked Nahlupin’s detention with the situation around the road tenders. Nahlupin oversaw road construction and was also responsible for the implementation of the Federal target program for the construction of roads.
